She is VP Marketing for Ethos Cannabis, a vertically integrated multi-state cannabis operator. Since joining the organization, she has been busy reshaping its marketing organization and designing a marketing strategy focused on ROI generation programs led by consumer insights. She launched new brands, Headliners and Eleven, and rebranded Natural Selections and Meigs County. She is also leading Ethos’ digital transformation by restructuring the strategy to be more agile and focused on building consumer engagement.
Over the last three years, Blandine has worked with BBBSEM to reshape its marketing strategy and execute a marketing plan to attract more diverse volunteers to mentor Boston’s at-risk youth population.

Born in New York, Blandine Jean-Paul is a first-generation American citizen born to immigrant parents who migrated to the US in the late 1960s from Haiti. She graduated with Honors from Boston College with a BA in Communications, and later earned her MBA in Marketing and International Management from Northeastern University.

Mass. cannabis companies fighting for trademark protections
“Blandine Jean-Paul, vice president of marketing at Ethos Cannabis, worked hard to launch Headliners -- the number one pre-roll brand at the dispensary – and now lookalikes are popping up across Massachusetts.
Jean-Paul filed for a state trademark in January, but until it’s approved, she can’t fight copycats. Additionally, the state trademark doesn’t offer protection outside of Massachusetts, so she’s applying in any state she can as the company looks to expand.”
